As a commercial real estate investor, Paul V. Profeta & Associates believes in revitalization through financial and intellectual capital.  They identified an opportunity for a speculative warehouse building contiguous to I-93 for businesses desiring a New England distribution hub.

Design Build Value

The merits of this project rested on maximizing a site that would be flexible in servicing 1-5 tenants. With signage visible north and south bound, it is the tallest building in the northern MA industrial market. The building has an interior clear height of 40 FT with a 60 FT speed bay, 28 dock doors and 2 at-grade drive-in doors. The site also accommodates a storage area for 22 trailer parking stalls.
