‍Making the world clean, safe and efficient is Sensata’s goal. As a $3.5B manufacturer of mission-critical sensors and controls, Sensata needed to join their global headquarters and laboratory facilities for operational efficiency and reinforcement of brand. Timing was tight – the building needed to be complete in 12 months.

Design Build Value

‍This facility design and configuration centered on innovation and progression. A 221,000 SF, 3-story glass atrium leads to a 200-seat stadium reflecting openness and inclusion. A fluid plan of corporate offices, joint spaces and 46 R&D labs enables easy employee collaboration. This building was completed in 10 months with $336,227 returned in savings.
