A global off-price retailer sought to be not just top in style but top in employee experience. To support strategic cultural development, their goal was to maximize the existing campus with an increase in visual presence, inspire employees with updated service areas and blend new construction with existing architecture. With a 1-year goal, timing was tight.
Employing the efficient processes of design build, a 96,000 SF 3-story office building was created that included a style out center, product development library, 270˚ vista employee fitness center and vendor viewing rooms. A 360 FT suspension glass walkway was created between the main campus and style center/gym to facilitate pedestrian traffic. Total project completion was in 10 months.
