As a 25-year-old New England beer distributor, integrity flows in Quality Beverage’s blood. To accommodate corporate development, 3 areas needed to be addressed – a rebranding of the existing office space to enhance corporate culture, the addition of outdoor storage and a loading station.
Design Build Value
This project necessitated understanding the value of design on existing conditions and tailoring additions to present buildings. Expanded office space, a clean, modern aesthetic and build out of mezzanine/bar area created communal spaces which reinforced culture. An expanded cooler and forklift battery charger facilitated sales operations. The firm remained completely operational with the project completed in 8 months and $20,000 of savings returned.
