Design Build Value
The key design goal for this 135,000 SF facility was focusing on optimizing production to meet consumer demand. A 2-story building, this facility contains 6 areas – freezer, cold storage, cool dock, dry goods storage, production area and a mezzanine – are configured to accommodate 300 employees. With process engineering critical to operational efficiency, water and grease systems as well as a state-of-the-art spiral freezer which instantly preserves food are incorporated. To maximize space and traffic flow, 13 loading docks and 98 parking slots are incorporated.
