Challenge

‍A finite resource, Evoqua knows that clean water needs to be protected and maintained. As a leader in identifying water concerns, their team and productivity goals necessitated a conversion of existing office and lab space post-Covid.

Design Build Value

The design rationale for this project was creating a branded, open workspace that would welcome employees' return to office life. A complete interior renovation of ceilings, MEP systems and interior finishes with branded elements surrounds collaborative spaces for 100 people. Additionally 2 new labs are configured to accommodate the relocation of technologists and facilitate research.
