Challenge

‍Entrepreneurial in approach but traditional in relationships, Hilb hedges risk for its commercial and consumer clients via a wide portfolio of insurance specialties.  Consolidating 4 offices in RI, they needed an office upgrade that reflected their progressive, high-performance culture for 130 employees. 

Design Build Value

‍The primary goal for this building was to create a space that enforces corporate brand identity, creating a driving force and sense of purpose that is so compelling that it empowers employees and clients to action.  A 25,000 SF fit up was designed for their Chapel View location.  The design, consisting of 2 floors, includes an open office work environment, entrance lobby, conference space, training room, restroom and café.
