Recently acquired, the owners sought to reposition a 5-story office building to attract a demographic target seeking productive and flexible workspaces, with the ease of accessibility to Boston.
The primary goal was to transform the building from an outdated aesthetic to a sleek, modern, and more welcoming design. The exterior façade was re-skinned in a subtle gray glass spandrel panel. The former imposing stone vestibule structure was replaced with a sleek metal and glass enclosure. The lobby curtainwall was reglazed to allow more light into the space and connects better with an updated exterior patio for outdoor gatherings and office breaks. Upgrades also include new exterior lighting, decorative whimsical fixtures and fresh landscape plantings to improve the environment.
