For one of the largest optometry practices on the East Coast, Carpionato Group needed a 6,000 SF fitup for their tenant Koch Eye Associates. Due to a delay in permitting, approval time doubled to 8 weeks, endangering a hard-lined leasing date.
Having utilized Dacon for similar projects, Carpionato’s primary goal was meeting tenancy. By implementing an accelerated schedule, strategized construction logistics and close subcontractor relationships the entire project scope was achieved on time despite a 33% compromise in scheduling.
