Tom O’Connell

Project Manager | Construction

As a project manager, Tom is responsible for coordinating and managing the client relationship, construction process, and overall project from concept to completion.

Tom also served as an assistant project superintendent for Dacon in the field and assisted the project superintendents in the coordination of all aspects of project operations from the beginning to the successful completion of each project. Among his responsibilities are subcontractor buyout, administrating change order estimates and change orders, cost control, scheduling, and monitoring the project for quality control.

Tom works closely with the clients to ensure every Dacon project in his care is completed in a way that surpasses the client’s expectations.

Having joined Dacon in 2014, he has more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry. His attention to detail and ability to establish true partnerships with clients, architects, project managers, and field workers result in long-term, win-win relationships among clients and members of the Dacon team.
