Richard Ruffini has been a senior project superintendent at Dacon Corporation since the company’s founding in 1985. In this role, he coordinates all aspects of field operations from project start to project completion. Specific responsibilities include scheduling and overseeing jobsite personnel and subcontractors, implementing safety procedures, and monitoring projects for quality control. He works collaboratively with clients, architects, project managers, and field workers to ensure continuity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Richard has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Previously, he worked at D.C.M. Corporation. He completed his education in Australia, is CPR certified, and has completed the Occupational Safety and Health Administration 30-hour certification course, the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) Healthcare Construction Certification and Infection Control Certification, as well as the Dacon Corporation safety issues and safety policy certification course. Richard is licensed as a construction supervisor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is a licensed builder in the Town of Brookine, the City of Salem, and the City of Cambridge. He is also a member of Old Colony Yacht Club’s Board of Directors.
