Armand Souliere is vice president/principal of Dacon Corporation. Besides his management responsibilities as a Principal of Dacon, he is responsible for all aspects of the design and build process including proposal writing, contract negotiation, pre-construction planning, scheduling and construction oversight. This includes coordinating architectural, engineering, and subcontracted services from project start to project finish.
Armand joined Dacon in 1989 as a senior project planner/engineer. He has more than 39 years of experience in the construction industry working in a variety of roles. His previous positions included being a structural engineer at Gantaume & McMullen, a structural engineer and project manager at Aldrich Company, Inc., and a senior project planner at The Carlson Corporation.
Armand earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering and a Master of Science degree in structural engineering from Northeastern University, and studied architectural design at Boston Architectural Center. He is also a registered professional structural engineer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
