In his role as COO Gary runs ABI-LAB, a campus of 85,000 sq. feet in 2 buildings hosting 65 biotech companies. He is an angel investor in a multitude of biotech ventures and is currently creating an investment vehicle to fund additional biotechs. Gary plays a significant role in the startup community as Co-Founder & Vice Chairman of the Metrowest Life Sciences Network, an organization whose mission is to promote growth among Metro Boston’s scientific and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Steve possesses 30 years of experience in operations and project management focused on the development of production, laboratory and office space within the Life Sciences for R&D and cGMP facilities. Prior to joining STV|DPM, Steve managed engineering and facility operations for Sanofi and AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals. His current responsibilities entail team leadership, strategy, agreements, analysis and project oversight.
Leading Collier’s suburban brokerage team, Kevin advises tenants, investors and owners on issues spanning leasing, financial analysis, dispositions, acquisitions and strategic planning. Recognized as a Costar Power Broker in Greater Boston, Kevin was nominated in 2016 for the Commercial Brokers Association “Rising Star” award and was awarded the R.W. Holmes Scholarship by SIOR.
For 25 years Chuck has been responsible for generating over 30 million square feet of construction for life science, office, manufacturing, distribution and cold storage build-to-suit projects in New England. Working with projects ranging from $3MM to $35MM, Chuck advises clients on building solutions that contribute to long-term growth and success.
Leading Dacon’s affiliate architecture group PDA, Alvaro is responsible for the overall design, material selection and client advisement on projects. Within his 20 year career as a registered architect, Alvaro has led teams to deliver productive spaces for medical device, psychometric testing, research and medical technology firms. His expertise is sought by developers interested in adding value through impactful design, repositioning and upgrading of existing assets.
