KEVIN W. QUINN
President
As president and a principal of Dacon Corporation, Mr. Quinn is responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans and guiding the corporation toward efficient and successful operations. He is also responsible for developing new business, maintaining client relations, and coordinating Dacon's resources for the successful implementation of each project.

Since joining Dacon in 1990 as vice president of business development, Mr. Quinn has seen Dacon emerge as one of the northeast's leading design / build construction management firms focusing on corporate facilities. Recent projects include distribution centers, corporate offices, and manufacturing and industrial facilities.

Mr. Quinn has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry and has worked in various capacities, including project planner, project manager and construction superintendent. Through this experience, he has developed an understanding of the total construction process. Prior to joining Dacon, he was vice president of development and construction for Combined Properties, a Boston-based developer of commercial and industrial properties, as well as vice president of business development for The Stone Company, a general contracting and construction management firm specializing in commercial and industrial construction.

Mr. Quinn is a long-term member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, and served as the chairman of the Massachusetts Alliance for Economic Development from 2003 to 2005.

ARMAND A. SOULIERE, P.E.
Vice President
As vice president and a principal of Dacon Corporation, Mr. Souliere is responsible for all aspects of the design and build process including, proposal writing, contract negotiation, pre-construction planning, scheduling, and oversight of construction. He coordinates and directs the services of Dacon's in-house architectural and engineering firm, as well as sub-contractors, from the beginning to the successful completion of each project. Mr. Souliere has built close relationships with clients and municipal representatives, as well, which are continually strengthened by Dacon's long history of success.

Since joining Dacon in the 1990s as a senior project planner, Mr. Souliere's success coordinating architectural, pre-construction, and building services has allowed Dacon to maintain long-standing relationships with existing clients as well as to develop new business relationships.

Mr. Souliere has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, and has worked in various capacities. Prior to joining Dacon, he was a structural engineer at Gantaume & McMullen, an architectural engineer and project manager at Aldrich Company, Inc., and senior project planner at the Carlson Corporation.

RENEE L. LASKEY, C.P.A.
Treasurer
As treasurer and a principal of Dacon Corporation, Ms. Laskey is responsible for managing all financial, accounting, and employee benefit functions. This role includes financial reporting, cash management, budgeting and forecasting, project accounting and analysis, and corporate tax planning.

Throughout her more than 15-year career at Dacon, Ms. Laskey has developed close working relationships with Dacon's business partners such as banks, vendors, auditors, stockholders, and clients. Relationships like these that grow stronger over time are a testament to Ms. Laskey's strengths, both personal and professional.

Prior to joining Dacon, Ms. Laskey was an auditor for several public accounting firms.
